Toexplorethevirtualdollhouse,usersfirstselectanavatar,apracticeakintowearingdrag—anembodimentofqueerness,allowingthemtoexpresstheiridentityinwaysthatmightnotbepossibleinthephysicalworld.Thedollhouseencouragesdisobedienceasintrinsictoqueerness.Usersareinvitedtoexplore,refigure,andinteractwiththespace,withthedollhouseconstantlyinmotion.

Thestoryispresentedverysimplistically,allplottwistsareeasilyspottedwellinadvance.Evenmoresimplisticisthelowbrowcomedyelement,inotherwords:itisslapstickdevoidofanysubtlety.ShockedGermantelevisionofficialsoncediscoveredthatoneoftheoverrepresentedgroupsintheaudiencefortheirlatenight1970ssexfilmswerechildrenbelowtheageof10.Despitethesex,thisisprobablytheaudiencewhichcanappreciatefilmslikethisbest-especiallyconsideringthattheaverageGermanchildren'smoviefromthesameperiodcouldonlybeunderstoodbykidswithauniversitydegreeinsociology.
