ThisextremelyobscureItalianproductiontellsthestoryofamoderndayneo-Naziyouthgangthatmeetsinaplacedecoratedwithswasticasandaposterofthe"Führer".Themembersofthisgangareallboredteenagersfromrichfamilies.Oneofthegangprefersplayingpinpalltogettingagirlfriend,becauseplayingpinballliterallygetshimoff.Theleaderofthegangindulgesinviolentsexualfantasies,whichultimatelyleadstorapeandmurder.Thisinspiresateengangfromthestreets,whosemembersarepoorkidsfromtheghetto.Thestoryisquiteinteresting,especiallytheaspectoftheimpacttheneo-Naziganghasonthestreetgangintheend,althoughthegangsassuchhavenothingincommon.Unfortunately,thefilmbecomesextremelyslowpacedafteragoodfirst20minutes,anditneverreallyreturnstoafasterpace.Theinterestingcast,unknownfacesevenforconnoisseursofobscureItalianfilmsoftheSeventies,doesagoodjobthroughout,whichmakesitevenmoresadthatthemovieasawholeismerelyadisappointment.Allinall,"IRagazziDellaRomaViolenta"isamoviethatcouldhavebeenfarbetterthaniteventuallyturnedouttobe.However,it'sremarkablethatthefilmprecedessomeofLarryClark'sissuesinhisfilms"Kids"and"Bully"forabouttwodecades.
