本片讲述了几个生活在台湾都市里的年轻男女的感情纠葛…… 　　“忠孝路”上的繁华景象，遮掩着台北少年的破败思想，香肠族、KTV、电动游戏、霓虹灯、夜生活，已经组成了一个变异的青少年现实环境。为了得到爱人的关心，柔弱女子也可以自导自演绑架事件，但是这种事件的确缺乏现实的操纵，当它一发不可收拾的时候，它已经开始疯狂地吞噬牵扯其中的每一人。于是，在某个堕落的深夜，一道强烈的光束，伴随着激烈的爆炸声响一并归于毁灭。
